Intensive Immunotherapy Protocol Designed To Regain Supremacy Over Unchecked Cancer Cell Growth, While Overcoming Immune Suppression, Weakened Immune System Or Drug Resistance
Amplified ‘Wild Type’ NK Immunotherapy
Natural Killer (NK) cells are aggressive white blood cells that have potent anti-tumor killing capabilities. To overcome cancer, NK cells needs be activated (‘switched on’) and activated NK cells volumes must overwhelm cancer cell volumes. However, their original functions can be immunosuppressed by cancer, rendering NK cells ‘asleep’ or weakened by side effects of general cancer therapy. ANK cancer immunotherapy solves these challenges by not only activating a patient’s NK cells outside the body, but also growing large volumes of strongly activated NK cells safely which will be infused back to the patient.
World’s First Successful NK cell’s Selective Proliferation and Activation
ANK cell cultivation technology is state-of-the-art and can efficiently cultivate billions of strongly activated NK cells without premature self- destruction, resulting in higher NK cancer injury capability and flexibility to increase therapeutic intensity duration. It has successfully overcome technical, patient and cost challenges of cell cultivating from two earlier cultivation technologies - LAK (Lymphokine Activated Killer) Therapy & General LAK Therapy, previous Wild Type NK Cell Immunotherapies.
Full LAK Therapy (Lymphokine Activated Killer) was conducted in 1984 with large scale NK clinical trials in the US. Extracorporeal collection NK Cells from patients took 3 days and activated NK cells had to be infused back to patient in one strong single dose as the cells had a short lifespan. Treatment was conducted in the intensive care unit as side effects were potentially life threatening. While NK cell anti-tumor effectiveness was validated by large scale clinical trials in the US, this method has been discontinued
Ordinal Therapy is a scaled down version of Full LAK Therapy used in Japan to overcome the side effects and cost burden challenges associated with Full LAK Therapy. However, activated NK cell volume was lower and the resultant immune effects were doubtful. Eventually delisted from Japan’s highly advanced medical treatment register

ANK Cancer Injury Activity Is The Most Aggressive
A comparison of the relative cancer injury activities between different types of immunotherapies. ANK therapy is set to be at 100% for a clearer comparison. ANK therapy is the most aggressive out of all the therapies available.
CTL therapy mass proliferates cytotoxic T cells with the same match type as the targeted cancer cell.
Dendritic cell therapy extracts the patient's own immune cells, which is then primed to recognise the patient's cancer and then reintroduced into the body as a vaccine.
6 Week Intensive Therapy To Overwhelm Cancer Burdens
ANK cancer immunotherapy extracts NK cells from the patient and uses strong doses of interleukin 2 immune stimulants to selectively activate and amplify NK cells in vitro. These cultivated NK cells are then returned to the patient in 12 sessions in order to maintain therapeutic threshold over 6 weeks, long enough to overwhelmingly degrade cancer burdens. Side effects are minimal with high fever expected for most patients
